We hold no responsibility to refund in these emergencies, similarly additional charges (if any) due to cancellation of flights, hotels, sightseeing due to unexpected conditions. The charges are to be borne & paid by the travellers ONLY.
Itineraries can be Shuffled / re sequenced as per the prevailing conditions. Any mishaps / health issues / deaths on the ongoing tours are the responsibility of the travellers & their keens / fellow companions (either in India or on ground).
You need to be present physically for the prescribed dates of Group visa, your absenteeism is your responsibility. Travel dates can be changed / modified due to Group visa issuance (or other prevailing issues) to the closest proximity. No refunds, explanations of any nature whatsoever, segregation of expenses / refunds in case the tour is cancelled by the travellers.
Visas are the travellers' responsibility, any prevailing charges due to rejection or delays by the embassies in Visas & the cancellation charges thereon are the travellers' responsibility only. No refunds under any circumstances if the tour is cancelled by the traveller. Cancellation charges policy decision lies with us only.
All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only. The travellers will receive the invoices once the tour is finished. No Refunds at circumstances whatsoever once the tour is booked.
We try to provide maximum Indian meals, Set Menus. Remaining meals are local / meals allowances in local currency as per the local standards. Pure vegetarians have to choose their food from the course which is available on Grounds. Premium dishes are to be paid by the travellers on their own.
Please note, any Condiments like Salads, Papads, Pickles, sauces, Chutneys are charged by the restaurants & not included in costing. Anything over & above ordered by the clients individually has to be paid by the travellers directly at the counter.
Sometimes due to journey durations, the meals timings would be flexed. Hotels beds configuration is subject to (Twin / Double) availability. Windows in rooms or handicapped bathrooms are subject to availability. The internal journey is fully managed by Eurails/Bus/Flights.
